FROM THE SOIL

These are the thoughts I had to plant in myself while trying to survive mentally.

Some came from grief.
Some came from anger.
Some came from exhaustion, loneliness, rebuilding, heartbreak, reflection, and trying to hold myself together while life kept life-ing.

A lot of these thoughts were never supposed to become content.

They were things I needed to hear myself.
Mental resets.
Little pieces of hope I was trying to hand back to myself while going through hard seasons of life.

Over time, those thoughts became Seedlings.

And somewhere along the way, people started seeing themselves in them too. 🌱

Daily seedlings live here

I post new Seedlings daily through short videos across social media.

If you want to grow with me in real time or see past seedlings, follow along on your preferred platform. 🌱

What’s growing next

Over time, some Seedlings will grow into deeper pieces, audio experiences, and future collections.

Right now, I’m just letting the garden grow naturally. But stay tuned. 🌱

Some of these thoughts were written while I was breaking.
Some were written while rebuilding.

Either way, I’m glad they found their way to you. 🌱
