What we actually do
Before there was a foundation, there was real life.
There were moments where help would’ve changed everything.
Moments where being seen mattered just as much as being supported.
Sow & Serve was built from that understanding.

What the work looks like
Sometimes outreach looks like supplies.
Sometimes it looks like sitting down and listening.
Sometimes it looks like helping somebody figure out their next step.

prepare and distribute care bags
support youth through encouragement and community connection
visit elders, veterans, and people who feel isolated
collaborate with shelters and local organizations
connect volunteers to outreach opportunities

create repeatable outreach systems communities can continue using themselves
