S.O.I.L. — Sowing Oneness Into Love
Effective Date: January 2025
S.O.I.L. operates with clarity, intention, and respect for the energy exchanged in healing work. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)
Because most S.O.I.L. offerings are digital, personalized, or access-based, all sales are final.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Downloadable PDFs and tier packets
Roadmaps and revamps
Questionnaires (written or voice-based)
Access to private communities
Digital reflections, guides, or tools
Once a digital product is delivered or access is granted, no refunds or returns are available.
2. ROADMAPS & ROADMAP REVAMPS
Roadmaps and Roadmap Revamps are custom-created based on personal input.
The time, labor, and emotional consideration involved begins immediately after purchase
Because of this, no refunds are offered once submitted information is received
Discounted revamps are offered as a courtesy for returning clients, not as an obligation
Each roadmap reflects a moment in time. Life changes, and updates are handled through the revamp process — not refunds.
3. SUPPORT SESSIONS (BOOKING-BASED SERVICES)
Support sessions are live, scheduled services and follow specific cancellation terms.
Rescheduling:
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time
Rescheduling requests must be made through the provided booking system or contact method
Late Cancellations / No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session

We will assist with access where possible
Technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund, especially when caused by third-party platforms.
5. THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT
Some offerings (such as merchandise, books, or affiliate products) are fulfilled by third parties.
Refunds and returns for those items follow the partner’s policies, not S.O.I.L.’s
S.O.I.L. cannot override third-party refund decisions
Details are provided at the point of purchase when applicable.
6. NO CHARGEBACK ABUSE
By purchasing from S.O.I.L., you agree not to initiate chargebacks for services or products delivered as described.
Chargebacks for completed digital delivery or attended sessions may result in:
Revoked access
Removal from community spaces
Denial of future services
7. FAIRNESS & INTEGRITY
S.O.I.L. is built on trust, not volume.
This policy exists to protect:
The work
The space
The people involved
If something genuinely went wrong on our end, we will address it with care and fairness — but refunds are not the default solution.
Healing work is an exchange, not a transaction loop.
When you purchase, you’re saying yes — and we honor that commitment on both sides.

Support personal insight and self-awareness
Offer structure for reflection and decision-making
Share systems and approaches that have supported healing in real life
They are intended to help individuals better understand their own lives — not to instruct, diagnose, or direct specific outcomes.
2. PERSONAL AGENCY & CHOICE
Engagement with S.O.I.L. offerings is voluntary and self-directed.
Each individual remains responsible for:
How they interpret and apply the material
The decisions they make as a result of reflection
Knowing when additional support or professional guidance is needed
S.O.I.L. does not make decisions on behalf of participants.
3. NO GUARANTEES OF RESULTS
Because growth, healing, and progress are deeply personal:
Outcomes vary from person to person
No specific results are promised or guaranteed
Tools may feel supportive at different times and in different ways
Roadmaps and reflections are snapshots in time; they evolve as life evolves.

All information shared through S.O.I.L. should be used thoughtfully and in context.

You understand the educational nature of the content
You are choosing to participate at your own pace
You accept responsibility for your personal well-being and decisions
This work is about offering tools.
You decide how, when, and whether to use them.
